Headshot Studio Walkthrough - 60 Minute Zoom Session

This 60-minute, one-on-one walkthrough is designed to help you confidently set up a clean, professional in-house headshot studio using the space and equipment you already have (or plan to buy).

During the session, we’ll walk through your room layout, lighting placement, camera positioning, and basic settings step by step. I’ll answer questions in real time, help you troubleshoot any challenges, and make sure your setup is simple, repeatable, and easy for your team to use—without photography jargon or unnecessary complexity.

By the end of the walkthrough, you’ll have a clear, practical setup you can rely on for consistent, professional headshots whenever you need them, without hiring a photographer each time.

Sessions must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase.

You may cancel your session at any time within that 90-day period for a full refund. If a session is not scheduled within 90 days of purchase, or is not cancelled within that timeframe, the purchase is forfeited and non-refundable.

This policy helps keep availability fair and ensures I can offer focused, timely support to all clients.

After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to schedule your 60-minute session. Just reply to that email and let me know a few times that work for you.

Once we lock in a time, I’ll send you a calendar invite so it’s officially on the books. Easy and done.
